We offer a variety of massage therapies including therapeutic massage, Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, visceral manipulation, and sports massage. Each type is designed to address specific needs and preferences. We also offer myofascial release techniques.
Swedish massage uses lighter pressure and long, flowing strokes to promote relaxation and improve circulation. Deep tissue massage applies firmer pressure and targets deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue, making it ideal for chronic tension and pain relief.
While sports massage is designed to help athletes prepare for and recover from events, it’s beneficial for anyone with an active lifestyle or specific muscle groups that need attention. It can help improve flexibility, prevent injuries, and enhance physical performance.

During the massage, your therapist will only uncover the area being worked on, ensuring your privacy at all times.
